DetailsI am the original maintainer of the arm package; and since arm was moved to community the new maintainer (Daniel Micay) decided to add tor as a dependency. I've sent him an email explaining the details but did not receive a response.
I still think this dependency is incorrect; arm connects to a tor node via tcp; so there is no need for tor to be installed on the same machine. |
