alsa.conf configuration provided by this packages does not work for me. Non-pulseaudio programs (like flashplayer) still block access for pulseaudio programs.

Make sure pulseaudio is running and if you use 32-bit apps on a 64-bit host, that lib32-alsa-plugins is installed.

Delete ~/.asoundrc if it exists.

Deleting ~/.asoundrc solved this problem, thank you. You can close this ticket.
