Description:
kdepim-kmail and kdeutils-kgpg both require kde-agent, which should be optional.
This causes issues when implementing gpg-agent in alternative methods such as via PAM through pam_exec, pam_envoy, or other methods. It's handy otherwise, so should be at least optional dependancy, just not required.
