Description:
still wrong timezone information in jdk7-openjdk 7.u71_2.5.3-1. I could get MSK time to be GTM+3 (not GMT+4) only after manually replacing /lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk/jre/lib/zi/Europe/Moskow file with the one i got from Oracle Timezone Updater Tool (see attached file). May be Arch needs it too?
Can you please test the following package and report here if it solves your issue.

The latest Oracle JDKs as can be found in AUR (7u76 and 8u31) are unsuitable for testing this because they have the latest tzdata (2014j) out of the box.
