About three hours ago, I registered a user account on AUR to post some fixes I had to do to a PKGBUILD. The confirmation email it said was being sent did not arrive at my mailbox.
Username: flavioberetti
Email: bzk0711@aol.com

Any Idea what's wrong? If for some reason aur does not like @aol addresses, it should say so on the register account page.

Thanks!

Mail on our side seems to have been received by your MX just fine. Did you try to do a password reset a minute later?

Yes I did, was not sure wether I actually had an account registered with that address or not. However, the mail seems to be gone, I just checked the spam folders via aol's webinterface (yuck) nothing there as expected.
Are the accounts for bugs and AUR completely separated from each other?

Right, we have no federated/SSO login. Each of these uses a separate user DB:

wiki.archlinux.org
bbs.archlinux.org
www.archlinux.org
bugs.archlinux.org
aur.archlinux.org

Hmm then it can't be related to me having a bug tracker account with same email but other address... How should we go about this? Can you try to delete the account manually and I just try to re-register? Other proposals? While we're at it is there any way for you to delete old bugtracker accounts? My legacy account 'berzerka', Patric Schmitz, bzk0711@aim.com could be deleted, if at all possible. I didn't find any way to do this myself.
