I just tested this and it is still not working. Just add --enable-inet6 to configure in the PKGBUILD and this ticket can be closed.
Can provide some more data to clear this up or am I missing something here?
This package is an orphan, meaning it has no maintainer. If Pierre isn't interested in fixing it, I look at the history to see who has worked on it in the past. We have to go back to 2009 to find anyone else who's active and done anything more than a trivial rebuild. The simple fact is that nobody seems to care about this package.
