Any reason why ipv6 is not enabled in the PKGBUILD? If not, would you consider adding it?

Why hast this been changed to unconfirmed?

I just tested this and it is still not working. Just add --enable-inet6 to configure in the PKGBUILD and this ticket can be closed.

Can provide some more data to clear this up or am I missing something here?

It changed to unconfirmed because Pierre unassigned himself.

This package is an orphan, meaning it has no maintainer. If Pierre isn't interested in fixing it, I look at the history to see who has worked on it in the past. We have to go back to 2009 to find anyone else who's active and done anything more than a trivial rebuild. The simple fact is that nobody seems to care about this package.

I fail to see why no one would just assign herself, add --enable-inet6 to the PKGBUILD and unassign himself afterwards, it's not a major change. It probably took longer to write this post than add the change and close the bug.
