dmesg.log
I noticed this issue after launch:
optirun nvidia-smi
on 3.17 branch only.
I testing 3.18RC5 (AUR: linux-mainline) kernel and on it this issue never happened. IMO task can be closed - upstream kernel issue is solved in next upcomming release.
I have lots of Warnings after launch optirun/primusrun command (on ALL kernel versions):
[ 4018.189680] ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.PEG0.PEGP._DSM: Argument #4 type mismatch - Found [Buffer], ACPI requires [Package] (20140926/nsarguments-95)

but it is another thing - not important. Upstream.
In Xorg log I have lots of EE and WW (since 3.15.x) on 3.14.x series kernel this EE not showed:
[tomasz@arch ~]$ cat /var/log/Xorg.8.log |grep EE

(upstream bumblebee warnings in Xorg but NVIDIA GPU working good on all kernels with NVIDIA driver).
