Emacs 24.4 introduces built-in web-browser which can be accessed via "M-x eww". Emacs from emacs-nox fails to start eww and gives error message. Steps to reproduce: 1. start emacs from emacs-nox package 2. M-x eww 3. type google.com 4. error message: "error in process filter: This function requires Emacs to be compiled with libxml2" |
