Details

Description:
I wish I could do pacman download while other pacman package thing do.

eg.

Ane window: pacman -Syu
Now window one is on downloading files.
Another window: pacman -Rsdd java-common

But, I don't know is this safe.

No, it's not safe. That's why there's a lock.
