This is p7zip 9.20.1-9.

Looks like it's missing a dependency on wxgtk2.8. Indeed, installing that package fixes it.

Hmm, I see wxgtk2.8 is listed as an optional dependency. When that package isn't installed, it's a bit confusing to have a 7-zip FM icon in the applications menu that does nothing.
