As of version 1.5.3-1, system-config-printer depends on python-package kit. However, this should be an optional dependency as
1. system-config-printer does not assume that PackageKit is available (it falls back on notifying the user to install required packages).
2. python-packagekit and packagekit are in community while system-config-printer is in extra.
