Description:
After upgrade to 3.14, checkbox became invisible.

See the screenshot of transmission for example.
There's should be a checked checkbox in the download(下載) row.

Also in the screenshot of gnome-tweak-tool,
all the stuff below "Clock" shoudn't be buttons,
and the checkboxs are invisible.

Oh yeah.
Changing the GTK+ theme from "zukitwo" to "adwaita" in the gnome-tweak-tool fixed this issue.
