Description:
% radiusd -X
libssl version mismatch. built: 1000109f linked: 100010af

The libssl version check should have been relaxed by commit 18498c7d893d756b8d9763e3d05a38bc485db14d (Relax libssl checks), but it is faulty. I created a patch, which I sent upstream. Perhaps we should include that already? Patch is attached.

sudo radiusd -X works for me in freeradius 3.0.6-3

Everything is fine with:

openssl 1.0.2-1
freeradius 3.0.6-3

The package versions given by imanol (ifdm) are pretty outdated.
