Description:
xdg-open in lxde pass wrong parameters to applications

If you try to open a path xdg-open with a uri coded argument it's handled wrongly
This aplies to spaces '%20' non english characters etc

example:
xdg-open file:///tmp/media/%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B0/
pcmanfm should recieve either 'file:///tmp/media/%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B0/' or '/tmp/media/работа/'
But it recieves '/tmp/media/%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B0/' which is gibberish.

Additional info:
* xdg-utils 1.1.0.git20140630-1

This version is a bit different and from upstream git repo. Can you test that version?
