Description:
I would like to have IDN support enabled for curl. I use it personally, and multibyte domains are gaining more interest these days.

This would make "libidn" a new dependency of curl, and maybe also move it to [core]. All dependencies of libidn are already in [core] and the package itself is only 183.7 KB in size.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
curl 7.38.0-2

Sounds fair. Are you willing to maintain libidn in [core]?

If I don't get around to pushing 7.38.0-3 with this change, it'll be included with 7.39.0-1 which will be released in the first week of November.

The current maintainer of libidn is Ronald, but I'm okay to maintain it in [core] if he wouldn't mind.
