Detailsbluez-libs is not a runtime dependency of the Brltty package, only a build time dependency.
However, without this package, Brltty fails to start. |

I'm not using Bluetooth hardware, so you should be able to reproduce this error.
I just tested this on a clean box and after installing bluez-libs the program works as expected. After uninstalling bluez-libs the error returns.
