Description:
fgfs: error while loading shared libraries: libOpenThreads.so.13: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Additional info:
* flightgear 3.0.0-4 (also happened with 3.0.0-3)
* openscenegraph 3.2.1-2

Steps to reproduce:
launch fgfs executable without any options in the command line

Checking the flightgear 3.0.0-4 package, everything is correctly linked to libOpenThreads.so.20, not to libOpenThreads.so.13. The problem must lie elsewhere.

Is your entire system up-to-date? Any AUR packages in the dependency chain?

Sorry, a locally installed version shadowed the correct executable.
