Wicd-curses does not save encryption settings for different wifi's. If you change encryption method and save, encryption method will be remain unchanged. Encryption identification information such as username and password is saved, however. Additional info: wicd 1.7.2.4-9 wicd-curses interface Steps to reproduce: 1. Open wicd-curses interface 2. Choose a wifi network and press the -> arrow. 3. Change encryption method from WPA 1/2 to something different and press F10 to save. 4. Press the arrow again and notice the setting remains unchanged |

This is still happening on wicd 1.7.3 please report it upstream
