DetailsPlease consider modifying the behavior of the `mandb -c --quiet` line in post_update to fork this process to the background. On lower powered machines, the database rebuild can take 4-5 minutes leaving the terminal used unavailable at that time. Can be a minor annoyance when connected through ssh for example.

This db rebuild has only rarely happened so far and was required on this update. We won't change the behavior just for very slow systems.
