[lxpanel] Move to workspace does not work anymore

Seen on lxpanel 0.7.1-2 (x86_64)

Running with two (virtual) workspace screens - only one monitor

When Right clicking on a window in the lxpanel task bar (window list) - a menu option enables you to move the window to another workspace.

This does not work anymore - action is not carried out.

This used to work on lxpanel 0.7.0

BTW: thanks for your switf reaction on correcting the maximize problem :-)

There is an upstream report for this: https://sourceforge.net/p/lxde/bugs/680/

I added a possible fix in lxpanel 0.7.1-3 and posted the patch upstream for review.
