Description:
This package does not run all of the steps that wkhtmltopdf needs to properly generate the PDFs. I have tested wkhtmltopdf functionality on Arch, Ubuntu and with the other packages resulting in a much more complete pdf.

Just by running the default command for wkhtmltopdf the app runs different steps, here are Arch and Ubuntu results for the command.

wkhtmltopdf http://examplesite.com ~/Desktop/examplesite.pdf

Arch Results: Terminal Output
[michael@mt-arch ~]$ wkhtmltopdf http://example.com ~/Desktop/test.pdf
Loading page (1/2)
Printing pages (2/2)
Done

Ubuntu Results: Terminal Output
michael@mt-trusty:~$ wkhtmltopdf http://example.com ~/Desktop/test.pdf
Loading pages (1/6)
Counting pages (2/6)
Resolving links (4/6)
Loading headers and footers (5/6)
Printing pages (6/6)
Done

Additional info:
wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1 in both Arch and Ubuntu
The only difference I've seen in the install was this installs "wkhtmltopdf" and the Ubuntu deb installed as "wkhtmltox".

Steps to reproduce:
Run wkhtmltopdf against any website in Arch, repeat the process in Ubuntu and compare the generated pdfs.

I should have changed the Severity to High but I neglected to do so. The reason it should be high is because it is essentially unusable at the current generation setups.

I think the biggest issue with the difference between the generated PDFs is that this one doesn't load the header or footers which misses the CSS entirely.

On Ubuntu you're using binaries provided by wkhtmltopdf.org which make use of a patched version of the Qt library.

For more details about what's missing from our package, you can read the "Reduced Functionality" section of 'man wkhtmltopdf'.

Keep in mind that the upstream static build is packaged in the AUR, so you can use that one if you need the extra functionality. [1]
