Description:

Ziproxy package installation fails if a "proxy" group does not exist on the system. Error message:

chown: invalid group: "root:proxy"
error: command failed to execute correctly

Additional info:
* package version(s): 3.3.0-5

Steps to reproduce:
* install ziproxy on a system with no pre-existing "proxy" group
