DetailsDescription:
mariadb-10.0.14-1 updates TokuDB engine to 7.5 which requires jemalloc to be enabled during compile. Current PKGBUILD has: -DWITH_JEMALLOC=OFF \ When TokuDB engine being loaded, you get: [ERROR] TokuDB is not initialized because jemalloc is not loaded Changing to -DWITH_JEMALLOC=ON \ doesn't fix the problem. I fixed it with forcing jemalloc on using -DCMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS='-ljemalloc' \ Steps to reproduce: - install mariadb - make sure Transparent Huge Pages are disabled - enable TokuDB (run as mysql root: "INSTALL SONAME 'ha_tokudb';") - it fails |
