I maintain the aur/xfce4-power-manager-devel package. I want to ask why in the package in [testing] the lxpanel and network-manager support is disabled? Both are opt-depends. So I suggest to enable both to give as most support as possible. Regards |

It's also not needed because NetworkManager itself is listening for the sleep signal from UPower. You should see the following in the journal:
