Description:
After upgrading kernel from 3.16.1 to 3.16.3 there's no /dev/video* at all.

Additional info:
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 046d:0825 Logitech, Inc. Webcam C270
laptop Acer Aspire 5920

Steps to reproduce:
When I started my laptop with archlinux live usb 2014.09.03 lsusb showed me /dev/video0 и /dev/video1 for logitech c270 and built-in webcam.

Also I downgraded kernel to /var/cache/pacman/pkg/linux-3.16.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz, and there appears /dev/video0 for logitech webcam.

That is a working for me my own kernel config, where both my cameras - built-in Suyin Corp. Acer Crystal Eye (064e:a101) and Logitech C270 (046d:0825) are shown in /dev/video*
