Details

Just upgraded to KDE 3.5.2 from testing and rebooted.
KDE can`t start kicker now.
I have four toolbars around my desktop.
However I have no problem starting kicker as root (root has only one default toolbar).

Downgraded to KDE 3.5.1, kicker working fine.
So it`s definetly KDE 3.5.2 problem.

new packages will come online there was bug in kicker, don't know if you are affected by this
