Hello,

I can't build mplayer2-vaapi due to below error:

libmpdemux/demuxer.c:48:2: error: #error MP_INPUT_BUFFER_PADDING_SIZE is too small!
#error MP_INPUT_BUFFER_PADDING_SIZE is too small!

It's related to the definition in line 124 of demuxer.h of the mplayer sources:

// demux_lavf can pass lavf buffers using FF_INPUT_BUFFER_PADDING_SIZE instead
#define MP_INPUT_BUFFER_PADDING_SIZE 16

I have found that this error is common among distribution.
I assume that the _SIZE should be 32.

Could you please have a look? I could test it if I knew how to apply a patch.
