Also experiencing this error with the mesa 10.3 upgrade today which apparently had some massive package organization changes (ati-dri now in mesa-dri)

/usr/share/licenses/mesa/LICENSE exists in both 'mesa' and 'lib32-mesa'
/usr/share/licenses/mesa/LICENSE exists in both 'mesa' and 'lib32-mesa-libgl'
/usr/share/licenses/mesa/LICENSE exists in both 'lib32-mesa' and 'lib32-mesa-libgl'

I also faced this problem. The mesa, lib32-mesa and lib32-mesa-libgl packages in testing all contain the LICENSE file.

I too want to confirm that this bug exists.

It's because i've moved from symlinks to plain license files and pacman 4.1 isn't happy with that.

lib32-mesa-10.3.0-2.1 should workaround this problem for an upgrade from lib32-mesa-10.2.8, upgrade from lib32-mesa-10.3.0-2 can be forced safely.
