Description:

The package is a binary only as such it only needs zlib to extract the files.
The following patch resolves the problem and adds description about the mesa dependency.

Did you actually try building this in a clean chroot? I'm guessing the create_links function will fail without the makedeps.

Must admit it wasn't a clean chroot, yet I doubt that it will fail.

Afaics create_links uses - dirname, readelf, sed, basename and find
Which are provided by - findutils, coreutils and binutils.

Note that the nvidia-utils package does not have those makedeps.

See, this is what happens when I try to rush thing, I make mistakes. You're right, that function is only looking at pkgdir, so the makedeps aren't needed where I thought they were.
