Description:

The f2fs-tools has updated the master branch, but hasn't released a new tag. The commit shows that the systemd-fsck issues some of us have with f2fs is fixed, the writer has added an 'a' and 'f' option to fsck-f2fs so we don't get this error:

systemd-fsck[320]: fsck.f2fs: invalid option -- 'a'
systemd-fsck[320]: Error: Unknown option ?
systemd-fsck[320]: Usage: fsck.f2fs [options] device
systemd-fsck[320]: [options]:
systemd-fsck[320]: -d debug level [default:0]

I did send a 'bug-email' to the writer asking him to release a new tag.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
1.3.0
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
reboot

I use f2fs-tools-git and I still have the above error when booting.

And you will continue to until either the commit gets merged or you compile the master branch

Please read again. I use f2fs-tools-GIT, this is the master branch.

So, this is just notification that an annoyance has been fixed and will be available in the next version?

@AnAkkk- I installed the git after the release of 1.4.0 and my errors went away. In fact, I get absolutely nothing in my journalctl about f2fs.

@Scimmia- I was getting an error that had very little on Google to tell me what was going on. Google took me to github, which showed that the author had added a couple of commits this month, one of which was supposed to fix the above error. I asked for a 'Feature Request', plus emailed the author (Jaegeuk Kim) about the error. The author stated that he was thinking about adding the commit to HEAD, from the Master branch, and maybe releasing a new version. In short, I made an annoyance of myself to fix an annoyance I had on my system with systemd-fsck and f2fs.

@Buddlesplit: The error shows up before systemd stuff for me, I have less than one second to see it due to all messages which show up below. And yes, it doesn't show up in journalctl, but I still see it when I boot.

Oops, ignore my previous messages, I actually forgot to run mkinitcpio after installing f2fs-tools-git :/
It works fine now :)
