DetailsDescription: Installing stuntrally 2.4-2 with all dependencies works OK, running it results in a flash of a "Initialising" screen (with successful 3D rendering in a window; no different if I force fullscreen) and then it crashes with a segfault. I have an Intel Haswell processor running in 64 bit mode with the onboard graphics, but this seems to be a software fault with the GUI part of the game.

Speicherzugriffsfehler (Speicherabzug geschrieben)
"Speicherzugriffsfehler" means Memory access error.
With dmesg I see only the following relevant to this game:
[11850.746538] traps: stuntrally[5049] general protection ip:69d0a8 sp:7fffacfb0650 error:0 in stuntrally[400000+62f000]
So I get the splash screen with a loading progress bar, then it crashes immediatelly.
I am using an Arch Linux 64bit system with a NVIDIA GeForge GTS 250M graphical card and a NVIDIA Driver Version 304.123.
My laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio X500-10T.
Please help.
Thank you,
Valentin

Checking out the code, installing the prerequisites (the same as the binary package + cmake and boost) and compiling it results in a binary that runs fine. This was the Git version from several days ago however.
Thank you,
Valentin
If you mean to use the ABS (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_Build_System) to build stunt rally from sources, then sorry, I will not do that because I am just a normal user that aspires to use arch as simple as possible and as a replacement for windows, so hoping to spend as little time as possible time configuring or investigating operating system issues or with the packages.
(I am aware that you may say that if I want simplicity in installation and use, then I might have picked the wrong linux distribution..., but I very much like the rolling release system in arch and that it is cutting edge)
