The closest ones I could find to index.html are index.hhc and index.hhk, both empty.

Yes, some things may be missing in the efl docs. The compilation of the docs failed somewhere and I didn't have time to investigate it much. I didn't want to hold back the update for some docs so I forced to ignore the error.

I'll take another look in a few days and see if I can fix the docs.

On a first test it seems pdflatex is producing an error because the graphicsdir is not set and the images are in a different directory. I'll have to test it in an actual compile setting to see if that's all that is happening.

I've attached the pdf of the docs if you need it before I can upload a fix.
