Description:
I cannot install kde or kde-meta as pacman exists with the following notice:
baloo4 is at version 4.14.0-3, conflicts with baloo<=4.14.0-1, and is supposed to provide and replace baloo.
I tried to install it on an all clean arch installation, but updates are probably affected too..

I have the same problem, clean instalation of arch and try to do "pacman -S kde" and i have: "libbaloo4 and baloo are in conflict (baloo<=4.14.0-1)"
