Please give specific package versions when reporting bugs. 1.6.9-2 is supposed to be rebuilt for the new boost version.

I just checked the package, 1.6.9-2 is indeed linked to boost 1.56.0 (both architectures). If you are completely up to date, you need to check your non-repo packages (AUR, etc).
