Description:
Since wine now has a DLL to make use of the libpcap library, it would make sense to enable libpcap and introduce it as a dependency.

Upstream discussion about the hard dependency on libpcap once enabled (a patch for making it an optdepend had been rejected):

Oops, forgot to mention: This also means to bring in lib32-libpcap, which is currently in the AUR.
