Archlinux installed using instructions here:

Installed this and tried the above command on Aug. 30, 2014.

Why does the bug tracker have an option for Architecture=arm? Where is the bug tracker for non-X86 archs?

It depends on who is maintaining that architecture. Arch Linux ARM uses github issues for that.

But they will be even harsher on you than us, for opening a bug just because you forgot to -Syu

The pacman project of our bug tracker is also about pacman itself, not problems with your local sync DBs being out of date.
