Description:
Actually this fonrt (alongside m¿others) have the -f in fc-cache called in the .install file, this correctly will force a rebuil in the font cache but the concecuenses it that either could in some cases hang X or not be really need.

My feature request is to remove that -f in fc-cahe in the install file to prevent hanging X in some cases and nor rebuild the cache innessesary in many cases.

Steps to reproduce:
intall ttf-itstream-vera with X runing and look how X hang.
