Description: LyX uses 100% CPU on the first run (and hangs while trying to start) (clean user profile).
It tries to generate a profile (I think).
Downgrading to previous version doesn't help.
Maybe it's not lyx fault (alone), maybe it's (also) texlive* problem?

Additional info:
* 2.1.1-1
If I kill process (lualatex luatest.tex), configuration continues and lyx starts.

Steps to reproduce:
Delete (if you have it) .lyx directory and/or ~/.config/LyX.
Run lyx in the terminal.
It should hang on:
checking for LuaTeX (DVI)...
+checking for "dvilualatex"... yes

I can't reproduce the bug with
* lyx-2.1.2.1-1
the only strange thing is this, but, I repeat, application starts normally:

...
...
+checking for "dvilualatex"... yes
Attempt to allocate memory failed.
