Steps to reproduce:

Install libreoffice-fresh
Do pacman -S libreoffice-fresh-langpack, doesn't work
Do pacman -S libreoffice-still-langpack, works

» pacman -Ss libreoffice-still-langpack | wc -l
220

» pacman -Ss libreoffice-fresh-langpack | wc -l
0
