DetailsEFL package has python2 depency, it should be optional. EFL itself doesn't depend on python. Python is required only to use EFL's python bindings. Please make python2 an optional depency.

The dep isn't there because of bindings, it's there because efl ships a script called eina-bench-cmp that uses it. I agree that it should be optional, though.
