Description:
Package freeradius is missing dependency to libpcap:

# radiusd
radiusd: error while loading shared libraries: libpcap.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm leaving this open because there are no descriptions, so the user has no idea when the optdep is needed.

The radiusd binary is dynamically linked against libpcap, so this is not an optional but hard dependency.
