Description:
KDE PIM 4.14.0 (kdepim-runtime 4.14.0-1) which has just hit extra apparently depends on akonadi 1.13.0-1 which is still in testing. Hence, the last update (to exact package versions specified below) breaks KDE PIM functionality.

Additional info:
* extra/kdepim-runtime 4.14.0-1
* extra/akonadi 1.12.1-2

Errors experienced are like this:
akonadi_imap_resource_0(8107) ImapResourceBase::onIdleCollectionFetchDone: CollectionFetch for idling failed. error= 101 , errorString= "The protocol version of the Akonadi server is incompatible. Make sure you have a compatible version installed. (Protocol version 37 found, expected at least 44)"

The problem has indeed ceased after updating akonadi to testing/akonadi 1.13.0-1.

Can also confirm, updating normally (kde 4.14) breaks akonadi, kontact, and pretty much everything and anything else that relies on akonadi. Even with manually pulling akonadi 1.13.0-2 from staging (which fixes akonadi) there are still issues because of boost, boost-libs and libkgapi all being outdated (correct versions in testing). This hopefully gets resolved soon as kde 4.14 being released in the default repositories is severely broken by the lack of akonadi/boost/boost-libs/libkgapi being the correct version in those same repositories. There may be more packages that KDE or KDE Apps rely upon which is broken because of other dependencies being the incorrect version with the correct in testing or staging.

Packages which need to be moved into default repositories to match and fix KDE 4.14 Release:
akonadi (1.13.x)
boost (1.56.x)
boost-libs (1.56.x)
libkgapi (2.2.0)

Sorry for that guys. Please test now. This doesn't need the boost rebuild.

Using the main mirror at ftp.archlinux.org, akonadi 1.13.0-1 (and libkgapi 2.2.0-1) are indeed in extra, so the original problem is solved. Hopefully there's nothing else. Thanks for quick reaction!

I also did a few other last minute rebuilds and moved other libs. Everything should be fine. Open a new report for everything you find.
