It seems that the complete dialog for managing and editing PGP-keys is broken. When I try to edit a key it says "allgemeinr Fehler" and brings back to the dialog of the key I was editing.

Problem still exists with Version seahorse 3.12.2-1.

With seahorse 3.14.0-1 the Problem seems fixed.
Although I don't know if the expected behaviour is that after entering all data the window disappears and no progress bar or dialog is shown while creating the key.
After a time the key appears in the overview of GnuPGP keys in seahorse.

It probably should, but that's likely an upstream problem.

If key generation is taking too long, try installing and starting haveged.
