The documentation is not installed.
While archlinux tends to randomly skip /usr/share/doc/ on packages due to size,
I believe it should depend on visibility and need instead.
In this case, it is visible to the user that the documentation is not there.
There's no KDEPIM 4.14 in [testing], please fix this while you are on it.
