Steps to reproduce:
install cuetools, launched it, I got this:
cuetag.sh file.cue *.mp3
which: no mid3v2 in (/usr/lib64/lxqt-xdg-tools:/home/stef/GNUstep/Tools:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/bin/vendor_perl:/usr/bin/core_perl:/home/stef/bin/)
which: no id3v2 in (/usr/lib64/lxqt-xdg-tools:/home/stef/GNUstep/Tools:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/bin/vendor_perl:/usr/bin/core_perl:/home/stef/bin/)
error: not found '(m)id3v2'.

Resolved installing mutagen which contains mid3v2
