Details

Description:
In Blender's VSE when you try to load a video clip (H.264) via Add->Movie it reports:
File '/pathtofile/file.mp4' could not be loaded'
However, when rolling back ffmpeg to an older version it works fine.

It would be appreciated if you could define what "rolling back ffmpeg to an older version" exactly means. 2.3.0, 2.2, 2.1?
