Description:
texlive-publishers ships with an outdated version of ReVTeX (from 2009). The outdated version contains the bug discussed here: http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/5805/revtex-4-1-multiple-affiliations .
Please update/patch the package to use the latest (2010) ReVTeX version. (It seems Ubuntu is also still shipping the outdated version. Is this an upstream problem?)

Additional info:
version: texlive-publishers-2013.33042-1
ReVTeX version: revtex4-1 2009/10/08:11:23 4.1g

Steps to reproduce:
Install latest texlive-publishers
Try to compile document with nontrivial author affiliations

Totally unrelated, but you might want to take a look at your "options" array next time you work on this PKGBUILD.

The version of revtex is the one provided by upstream which is 4.1r.

version string:
2010/07/25/20:33:00 4.1r (http://publish.aps.org/revtex4/ for documentation)

I don't understand where you got your old version from.

(the options array will be fixed for TeXLive 2014)

Rémy.

Ah, sorry, my fault. The offending files were in /usr/local/share/texmf/... and I only checked with `pkgfile`what package they belonged to. Apologies for this.
