Some of Vim plugin packages have wrong license specified in their `PKGBUILD` file or wrong license file included in the repository.

[a] `PKGBUILD` should have `license=(BSD)`
[b] `PKGBUILD` should have `license=(MIT)`
[c] `PKGBUILD` should have `license=(custom:WTFPL)`
[d] `PKGBUILD` should have `license=(GPL3)`

vimpager fixed in 1.8.9-1

What license should be on vim-netrw, I can't find a reference to one on
