Xinerama is actually working as supposed, but one screen is black. I can move windows

This bug is known upstream, haven't seen a solution for it yet.
What you could try is MergedFB with Xinerama emulation instead of true xinerama. I'll upload my xorg.conf which contains the needed configuration for it. Though my config is for mga, it should be the same for your configuration, as the mga driver on archlinux uses an unofficial patch which has been ported from the radeon and sis drivers.

The advantage of using MergedFB over true Xinerama is that it's quite much faster and you don't loose DRI. With true Xinerama X has to maintain 2 framebuffers with 2 viewports, with MergedFB + Xinerama emulation, you have 1 framebuffer with 2 viewports, which removes quite a lot of overhead.

Updated Xorg.conf that works fine.

Please try the latest version in testing (up2date libdrm 2.0.1 from current required, no other special requirements). The driver in testing has several fixes.

Didn't work. Still black screen.

To me, the MergedFB alternative makes things go slower. Scrolling and moving windows ofen takes a long time. Maybe my gpu card is to weak. ATI Radeon 7500, w/16 MB ram.
