DetailsAccording to this upstream bugreport for the DRI3 issue (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81551)
DRI3 support can fixed with this patch by Chris Wilson: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=103262 It applies flawlessly to the code base the xf86-video-intel package builds. Jan Steffens says that it resolves the issues for him in bug tracker. This should allow reenabling dri3 again. |

The initial bug report is still open so I suggest to keep dri3 disabled for now.
